Lesson learned: do not plead the 5th at a mental...
So I got pulled aside during a break from the outpatient program I went to at the psych hospital. Got to spend my 3rd holiday of the year in the loony bin—Halloween, half of Thanksgiving, and New Years.
Here’s how the conversation went:
Her: Are you having suicidal ideation?
Me: ya.
Her: Do you have a plan?
Me: I’ve always had a plan.
